OVERLORDIUS LICENSE FOR USE
License version: 3 — October 26, 2026
1. Acceptance and authorization for use
By accepting this license, you receive from the holder of the rights to Overlordius a non-exclusive license to use the application on your own devices. The application is licensed, and its intellectual property rights are not transferred. If you do not agree, cancel the installation.
2. Free installer and access to features
Downloading and installing the application are free of charge. This does not grant free or permanent access to all features. Protected features require a valid account, verification, and the account's access rights, including a subscription where applicable, as verified by the online service. Prices, duration, billing, cancellation, and the conditions of any subscription must be presented and accepted separately before entering into the subscription agreement. This license does not create a subscription, a charge, or an obligation to purchase.
Access depends on the availability of the network and the service. Loss of access does not authorize bypassing the application's controls and does not transfer ownership of your projects or files to the rights holder. AI services and other third-party services are subject to their own terms and may require separate accounts or payments.
3. Restrictions on proprietary software
Unless expressly authorized by the rights holder or permitted by applicable law, you may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, or offer copies of the installer or application; modify or distribute derivative versions of the proprietary code; remove authorship or license notices; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the proprietary code; or bypass account, subscription, authorization, or integrity controls to obtain access that has not been granted. Sharing the official download address without republishing the files is permitted.
These restrictions do not limit rights guaranteed by applicable law, including the circumstances provided for in art. 6º da Lei nº 9.609/1998, or the permissions granted by the licenses of third-party components.
4. Ownership of projects and generated content
Your projects and all content created or generated in them belong to you, including code, files, documentation, harnesses, and instructions generated with the help of Overlordius. Overlordius claims no ownership of this material. You may use, read, modify, copy, version, publish, distribute, and reuse it in other projects, including for commercial purposes, subject to third-party rights in the components you use.
The harness and instructions generated for your projects are distinct from the software that generates them. The application's proprietary code, its internal catalog, and the internal harness generation mechanisms remain the property of the holder of the rights to Overlordius. The restrictions in section 3, including those on reverse engineering, apply to that software and internal material, and not to the content of your projects.
Content delivered to your machine or sent to an AI provider may be observed by whoever controls that machine; this license does not promise technical confidentiality for that content.
5. Third-party components
The application includes third-party components with their own licenses. Their respective licenses, notices, and permissions prevail for those components; the restrictions in this document apply only to Overlordius's proprietary material. Preserve the required notices when exercising rights granted by those licenses.
6. Responsible use and legal rights
You are responsible for reviewing the agents' actions and results and authorizing access to your projects and providers. Keep backup copies of your files. The application does not guarantee that AI responses are correct or that external services will remain available. No clause excludes warranties, liabilities, or rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, including consumer rights.
7. Experimental version, quota consumption, and assumption of risk
Overlordius is under development. Versions identified as alpha or beta are experimental and subject to failures, instability, and fixes. There is no guarantee of stability, efficiency, task completion, or error-free operation.
Running AI tasks through Overlordius consumes subscription quotas, tokens, credits, or balances from the providers used, including when a task is not completed or does not produce the expected result. Overlordius coordinates agents that use third-party models; it does not provide those models or guarantee their accuracy, efficiency, or suitability for a task. The choice of models and requests affects consumption and results.
Every task automatically receives a consumption safety limit, adjustable to the size and complexity of the work. These limits must be used responsibly. They are risk reduction mechanisms, with no guarantee of an absolute or immediate cutoff or a maximum cost: inaccurate estimates, delays in consumption updates, operations already in progress, and technical failures may result in consumption exceeding the configured limit.
Overlordius strives to use resources efficiently and to identify, prevent, and stop loops, repetitions, and unproductive execution, both by agents and by its own execution and coordination mechanisms. Nevertheless, errors, further attempts, execution without results, and additional consumption may arise from the operation of the hub itself, agents, models, providers, or requests that are excessively broad, ambiguous, contradictory, or technically infeasible.
By using this version, the user acknowledges and accepts these risks, including excessive or unexpected consumption, consumption exceeding the configured limits, and spending resulting from errors in Overlordius itself. The application's rights holder assumes no liability for such spending and no obligation to restore quotas, tokens, credits, balances, or amounts consumed. The absence of a satisfactory result does not, by itself, create an obligation for Overlordius to provide reimbursement.
Even with protections enabled, the user must adjust limits to their spending tolerance, monitor task progress and the consumption reported by the hub and providers, and stop executions that exhibit unexpected behavior. Automatic controls do not replace this monitoring. Acceptance of the risks described in this section is a condition of using this version; anyone who disagrees must not initiate or authorize executions through the application.
8. Non-compliance
Use beyond the authorization granted may result in suspension of protected features in accordance with the conditions applicable to the account and legal rights. You may cease using the application by uninstalling it. Uninstalling does not automatically cancel any subscription, whose cancellation conditions must be provided separately.
